Cams info and advice

Im looking at purcahsing a new cam for my mk2 vtr and being a bit of a noob to all this im looking for some advice. Im already running filter exhaust system so this is the logical next step along with a remap. What cams would people recommend and does anyone know of anywhere to have them fitted and a remap done.
