The best gains come from ashley, supersprint and pugsport.

Your sticking by powerflow for performance gains?
Among other things i.e. sound/look...

Threads like this come up at least twice a week, then then all turn into "which exhuast is better" slagging match of which no body really wins. I don't see the point.
Most full exhuasts give a little gain, some dont, buy whichever one you like the sound/look of. Unless your planning on big power, you really won't notice the difference.
I know that if I was modding a car to my personal liking and wasn't planning on going any further than your average inlet and exhuast mods, then i would buy the exhuast i liked the mot for looks and sounds, the extra 0.2bhp or 2bhp or whatever wouldn't enter my head
Thats just my personal opinion :)
