head rebuild, anyone done one?

anyone rebuilt a cylinder head? saxo or none saxo

my vts head news rebuilding, and i am pretty handy with cars imo

or how much have people paid to have theres done.

firstly why does it need rebuilding? i have rebuilt many heads. depending why u need yours done depends on what needs doing, and also depends how much a garage will charge u, most stuff u can do yourself e.g lapping old/new valves in, changing valve stem seals, fitting new hydraylic tappets/cams etc... the bits ur more likely to get a garage/engineers to do are skimming the head and recutting valve seats if needed etc...
