Ive cut my standard pipe on my furio and just noticed the pipe on the Magnex backbox is alot bigger in diameter than my standard pipe.
Do i need to use a reducer, or can i just clamp it on to my old pipe?
Didnt want to just dive in and clamp it as it seems quite a big difference in size.
Thanks :y:

you can buy a reuducer but tbh just apply some exhaust putty (firegum) and clamp it up, run it for half an hour at constant revs and it should be fine

you need a reducer if fitting the magnex back box on it's own to the standard system;)

i didnt but ave got a VTR there slightly a bigger diameter pipe iirc
am sure furios are the same though?? i just clamped it up with some exhaust paste and putty and it was fine
get a pic up of the pipe and magnex on it to see how much space is left
