Major Problem, engine not starting

Hi guys, just bought my first Saxo vtr last week and already hitting some probs. The starter (new) is turning but the plugs are not sparking. Had it connected to a diagnosis computer but has said no probs with the coil or ecu. Any of you guys got a clue at what could be wrong? It’s a 98 (black top) with the key chip not key pad.

Are you 100% sure its getting no spark? Not being obtuse lol.

It could be quite a few things to be and only trial and error would get you to the bottom of it :) especially if the diag says no error
