I have a pipercross performance air filter, its the open foam type and want to clean it but I don't have any cleaning products that I can use, I can't get hold of the pipercross cleaning products and don't want to order online. So I was wondering if there is an alternative way of cleaing the air filter and what other products I could use, lets say if those cleaning products can be bought from Halfords then I would like some advie please, thanks.

dont know if thats a suitable alternative to using proper cleaners?!
