Dont Piper supply ?
There was some for sale with the cams on ssc a little while ago. If its still there, could ask them to split.

followers "follow" the rotation of the cam when it turns and in turn open up the valves. you can easily adjust the orininal followers to be used with a high lift cam. so you dont need new ones. My tappets. the things on the end of followers which come in contact with valves need ajusting as they sound bloody horrible! smileys/smiley5.gif if anybody has owned or heard a 1.3 ford engine, thats what they sound like!

I thought they followed the cam profiles and we're lifted by oil pressure?? Isnt the idea of them to stop the tapping and thumping of cam coming down and opening the valves?
