Rite I'm not the most technically minded here, and you guys (and gals) seem to really know your stuff so got about £500 to spend on my VTR, its been lowered, and got a powerflow back box thats about it. so what would you recommend doing?

£500 is not going to see you a great deal of power but its a great start :)

Go for a 4-2-1 manifold and full system, that will be about £500 all in and you'll see a few ponies and a lovely exhuast note :)

thats deffinatly your best option for £500, or if you like your current exhaust get an induction instead of ugrading the exhaust.

if insurance isnt a problem then invest in a vts engine as thatll give the best gains!
