hi guys, ive done a lot of reading on uprated cams and i know that with the right remap exhaust and filter upto 160 bhp is possible, but whats the difference in the way the car drives, 40 bhp extra doesnt really explain if you know what i mean, any help on this would be good thanks, daz

depends on cam profile, some give better power between different rev ranges.

I high bhp cam doesnt mean the best as the power might all be up high in the rpm

i see, to be fair they do suffer with low down torque in my opinion, although i do love revving it hard, im thinking more along the lines of the catcam 708, how do they perform?

708s have been very popular for most people tbh.

With the likes of 708s, think of the car as having similar power from about 3-5k, but when the power would normally begin to tail off, the 708s will keep the power coming in. Stock cams normally help to produce max BHP @ 6600. With 708s, you should be seeing max BHP @ 7200rpm roughly...
