westcoast axle on a vtr?

will it fit? even though i know it has drums but i may change them for disks off my old axle!?

yes, vtr ones fit westcoasts so will do the other way round.

and also would you know if its straight foward to swap the drums with disks?

was just about to link you to your own thread on this.

I brought the subject up not so long ago, and im not bothering with discs with my 16v conversion as they dont do that much. something like 25/35% of the breaking is done by the rear, so upgrade the brakes at the front and leave drums at the rear should be fine.
