Is it okay to have a different set of tyres on the front? I ask this because i'd rather save myself 20 odd quid but is it worth it?

What i mean is 2 tyres the same on the front and 2 (different tyres to the front) tyres the same on the back

Dont see why not all of your tyres dont have to match, but obviously it's better if they do. So long as they have legal tread it's fine.

You just need to keep the two on the front the same as each other, and the two on the back the same as each other, keeps grip levels even
