What should i expect to pay for a VTR lump to be dropped into my sax complete with ecu n loom?

Cituning quoted me £2k + VAT at supply n fit!!!!!!
yeah as al said it depends on who fits it and how much you got the engine for. i had my vts engine fitted for £200 and i paid £500 for the engine.

what for an engine? try ebay or ssc or your best bet is too have a gander round the local scrap yards.

i got my engine out of yellow pages from (find me a part).total cost for engine and fitting was £800.that was a vts engine

got my gearbox from 'find-a-part'.. Pretty good!
Supply and fit from companies like GMC/Cituning/Carworx etc may seem high. But they arent bad as they usually only use engine,loom and gearbox etc from a car less than 3 years old, and with less than 30k on the clock.
Plus, they guarantee their work and the engine for a certain amount of time too..
Also their experience in doing this sort of job is worth good money too.

saxo sports club always are selling them most recent i seen was a mrk2 vtr engine and he wanted 120ovno but unsure if that was with a loom or not? smileys/smiley5.gif
