Yh, looking to get a Furio 1.4 year 2000+

I want to reduce the weight of the car as much as possible, and still be in a safe condition...
What could i remove???

I know there are a few things i could replace to carbon fibre, but then this costs money, hence Cost frree mods ;)

Any ideas would be great!!

i said sound deadening not speakers or radio....

in my stripped saxo ive still left the radio and speakers, think thats the only thing init.....part from dials and steering wheel.

no dash, no heater and no everythign else lol

go for a jog and drop some pounds yourself

tbh that is a good point if you take a bit of plastic trim you save 100grams

but if you eat a banana you add 200grams to yourself

remove everything mate :y:

Ummmmm maybe i could lose the spare wheel...but then ide have to put it back if i were to do long distence, not to much trouble, nice.

you could always sercure it in the back instead of under the car, thus meaning you can save more weigh by removing the cage that holds the wheel ;)

tbh, if your going to loose weight by removing items then it would need to be allm the interia practicly to make any difference at all, other wise your just removing bits making the car look untidy when its not adding any performance.
