i want my car to sound nice, but without sounding too loud and chavy.
..wud i be better getting a new backbox or an induction kit and keeping my standard exhaust.

i have a standard exhaust with induction kit, sounds nice when you floor it but nice and normal when your crusing, motorway driving is loud though

get both my mate has a 1.2 p reg micra n it sounds mint people mite ov seen it around big tsw i think alloys tights on his back lights ----> numba plate p.. new

Get an exhaust system built with 2 silencers, that'd more than likely give you a nice quiet/deep tone, and get an enclosed induction kit like BMC CDA, again, quiet kit can be heard mainly at low revs - sorted :)

i think you might have to pay extra for one with the loudspeaker for the supercharger whine...

i dont wanna remove cat cos wud have to refit for MOT's, which i dont know how to do...wud just an enclosed induction kit and a back box sound good?

yea, would be fine for what you want. tho i find my inclosed raclend with green to be quite loud, not that you can hear it over my exhaust when driving tho :S
