easy lads, i have a vts, took it on the motorway the other day and just basically put my foot flat in all gears, by time i put it into 5th was all sweet, then the next min the car started 2 jerk as if it wanted 2 cut out. At this point my speedo stopped working, so i put it into 4th gear and it picked up fine and stopped jerkin but the engine mangement light turned on. Just as i got it home the car just started to cut out by it self, so had 2 keep starting it 2 keep going. Got home parked it up 4 abit, started it and it was working fine. Now ive just bin 2 london and im half way back and so far im gd, but im scared 2 push it now. Any ideas people?

As for my suspension, my rear driver side wheel feels as tho its rubbing against something when i go round a right bend, and it doesnt feel safe as in it feels as tho i cud loose the back end, but when i go round a left bend, its perfect, i cud throw it into a left bend at high speed and im confident that i wud have full control over the car. At first i thought it cud be the dampers, so ive changed them 2 jamex adjustables and that hasnt solved anything, again any ideas people on what i cud be up against, oh and i bought the car already lowered frm halfords apperentlx.

First one sounds like fuel filter, suspension could be wheel bearings or driveshaft, is it making any sort of noise when turning right?

thanx 4 the tip on the first 1, will change that, and as 4 the wheel, no knocks or noises from the front, but the rear drivers side tyre..like vibrates if u get what im saying as if its not rolling straight, but have had that checked and it is, its fine in a straight line and round right corners, but its just when i turn left, is there a specific way i can test 2 find out if its the wheel bearing?

Jack the car up, and check for any play in the wheel at all - to do this simply have one hand on the bottom of the tire, other on the top, and try to move the wheel up and down. If it is the wheel bearings you will feel movement in the wheel.
