oil temp gauge

looking to fit an oil temp gauge to my vtr as it doesnt have one. have done a search which produeced nothing doesnt seem to have any answers on how to fit an oil temp gauge? anyone know how?

did some reading on another site. think i read it right not sure, but here it goes, do i need a special adapter for the sump plug which allows me to screw the oil temperature sender into this. so effectively i wire it into the sump to get the oil temp?

sandwich plate wth a pressure and temp sender, not sure about an adaptor for the sump plug.

why would i need a pressure sender if its an oil temp gauge, the pressure one looks to hard to fit something about tapping into head so fuck that oil temp is good enough

they work off the plate, so you dont tap into the block. getting one for mine so i can run pressure and temp. like to know my oil pressure is ok before my temp.
