de-cat??

i wanna know what the advantages an disadvantages of de-catin my exhaust are because i dont know anyone personally who has had it done. rep given to those who can help me! :y::y:

makes it slightly quicker and slightly louder
need to keep it for mot time though

increases fuel use.

it is a lot louder with the decat, pops like hell once its coked up and it gets hot.
probably only worse on fuel because you put your foot down a bit more to hear the new noises?!
