First thing is Sort out the Breathing.
So Get Raceland Green Induction Kit, or a BMC, from Kam-Racing.
Full exhaust system, so Raceland Manifold, and Supersprint centre section, and use your current backbox.
After that is Cams then Throttle Bodies. Or Boooooooost.

Exhaust/Induction kit won't rack up that much BHP. 10/12 at the max i guess?
Induction just gives a better throttle response really.

As above 10ish max. If you don't use the back seats much, strip the car, makes hella difference and Free mod as such.

Depends where your cat is and if you want to de-cat or keep the cat in.
Race only is straight from manifold -> backbox. Normal one is cat back, so from cat -> backbox.

one supersprint pipe is just a straight through (no catylytic converter or silencers) other one has one silencer and its cat back iirc

You will have to get a manifold to decat the car as such.

whys your vtr engien so fast then? ha ha dose the fact that ive had a 60mm drop decrease performance?
first off all save the pennies and do a vts conversion, then look at getting new manifold etc.
Depends what your budget is really mate, probs best to post that up first and then people can work around your budget
