hi i have a 106 quiksilver with vtr engine with a shitty pipercross induction kit my m8s zetec s beats it so i was wondering how hard it is to upgrade to a vts mine is 2002 vtr engine with three plugs

shouldnt be a problem, just get all the bits you need, engine, ecu and all that

engine, ecu and wiring loom and probably quite a few new parts just to keep the engine happy, i'd also upgrade brakes n all the rest to handle the new power

time how much longer than a straight swap as my m8s dad is doing it and on my fiesta he charged £300 to do a staight swap

It pretty much is a straight swap.
the only parts thats should be replaced is the rad, ecu, engine wiring loom, engine, box, shafts. done.
please search the engine section as the vtr-to-vts question is asked 100's of times:)
