Depends on what cam and if you're getting other mods dude?

camming a 1.4 is like saying "will you marry me?" to a girl with no vagina, its not fun and you wasted your money!

that is all

You need breathing mods first or there is no point in fitting cams and a re-map.

wouldnt waste your money, the gain is going to be minimal compared to the money you spend, get yourself a 16v engine in there

The money you spend on a manifold de-cat and exhaust system, plus cams and a re-map you could fit a vts engine in your car.

For bhp to the £.
Your better off dropping a vts engine in yours or selling your car and buying a vts tbh.

its not so simple on the 8valves.. depending on the cam profile you may find the inlet manifold will need changing
