superchip/ remapin?

hi, thinking bout remappin? or superchip any advice plz

superchip is an off the shelf map (normally just raised limiter)
and a remap would be unique to your car.

why do you want to remap?

tbh i would just go for a remap, i had a remap and got 12 bhp more i think superchips are a waste of time especially if you are going to remap it. just make sure u get all your mods first this way you will get the best possible result

get some mods done to the engine first then have a remap to suit your car.

Sort the exhaust out with piper/ super sprint + a manifold :D air filter too maybe and if you can afford cams go for them and after that re map :cool:

Wouldnt bother going for a map without changing the camshaft in a VTR.

Theres no point in a re-map with just breathing mods or no mobs at all.Like lee-roy said only worth it if you change the cams.

dont bother with a superchip dyno said my vtr (phase 2) had 108bhp, bollocks if anything made it slower and no difference in limiter or fuel consumption
