hot starting problems

my vts starts within seconds when it has been left over night, if you turn it off and try and start it again sometimes itll take ages of turning over to get it to start, its a good minute or so, it then picks up on one, two then chuggs its way back into life! anyone else had this trouble?

had the same problem with my vts. i got told it was either the plugs or ignition relay... so changed the lot and aint done it scince mate.

That totally sorted it? Sweet. Must be the ignition relay cos i bought some new plugs last week. Is that just a single relay or is it half a loom? If it is just a relay which one is it and how much did it cost? Thanks in advance. John
