you can DIY it for cheaper email sophia bush on here he sells cheapish starter kits at 400 quid but you need to buy a few extras to ensure you have everything tbh!

Due to my dealings with them, they seem to know what they are talking about, however i bought some pistons and rods from them and was told 2 weeks before they would arrive, 10 weeks later, i was still waiting.

Shit customer service, and if they cant get that right then i wouldn't let them anywhere near an engine!!

Have also seen a conversion they did, looked like a bodge job and the lad was charged over £3000!

plus their kits can be built for much less money if working to a budget!!:y:

Just my thoughts but know many with the same opinion.

I would be looking at no more than £500, what other parts would I need to change then

you wont do it for £500, not even close. Budget for nearer £1000 if your doing most of the work yourself. Mapping is expensive and you need a fair amount of parts.

ebay auction for the turbo ended coz i was bidding on it and lost lol, was thinking of saving a few months and going down the supercharger route from gmc motorsport coz they seem easier to manage and less heat given off. not as much bhp but think would be more reliable.
wot do u guys think of gmc r they any good

If youve got £500, turbo will be hard.

Could cam it for that though if you fit it yourself

The best gain on an R for £500 would be a vts transplant! Instant 120bhp!

Choose two of the above
