I really wona get a new back box for my forte coz i hate the boring standard one. Was wondering if any one has added a new one to their forte or has any ideas what one i could get, or what makes are good? don't want a stupidly loud one, just one that looks decent and makes it sound a lil better lol. And, is it easy enough to fit one?

supersprint full system, www.kamracing.co.uk my man, no point in skimping out on just a back box imo.

I just dont have money to fork out on full system, or would it make a difference at all to the performance? would i notice it?

When i fitted the supersprint system to my vtr i noticed the top end rev alot more freely, dont know what sort of gains youd notice on a forte though, wouldnt have thought it would be as much as a vtr.
If you want more performance then a full system is the way to go not just a backbox.

If its just look and sound your after, you could go for a custom exhaust. I had a custom stainless steel back box on my old car and that had a lifetime guarantee ;) was quite loud but did the trick. Would be more looks and sound with one of these though. Otherwise brands to look for supersprint, sportex, magnex or janspeed

Yer its really just looks im goin for, not too keen on spending lots on full system, guna wait till i get VTR (hopefully...) in a year before i do anything like that! Is there any way of telling how loud the exhausts are guna be?

i get you! I made that mistake with the old car lol. although they did fit cat back instead of just a back box lol...my friend had a custom back box on his car and that sounded perfect. not to loud not too quiet.
i think anything universal is going to be loud. Magnex are the quieter ones ;)
