Hi there i have a standard VTS engine with decat and powerflow exhaust center n box, And was thinking of putting cams in, would i just be able to put cams in and then get the Standard e.c.u remapped to the cams? is tht all i would need to do? if so how much am i looking at and what sort of performance gains will i get?

Thanks

If you have a search it's all on here.

Yes, you can just put cams in and get the ECU remapped - Chipwizards come highly recommended for a remap - around £500 odd for the remap, £350 for cams, £100 for fitting?

With better breathing, exhaust and induction + right cam (CatCam708/Newmans PH3/Piper 285) you'll see around 150-160bhp

i bought both sets of mine 2nd hand, not from ebay though. just like anything else you buy 2nd hand off ebay really. most the time it'll be fine but you'll get teh odd cunt that will sell standard cams as 708s or something.
