Any idea what to expect?

Just looking to see if anyone has done the same sort of mods and if so what sort of results they got.

Basicaly i have a quiksilver (argh i no), fitted a silvertop 92bhp vtr lump, the head was supposidly a hiflow heads stage 3 head, piper 285 cam, s1 rallye inlet, gmc 4-1 exhaust manifold and group n exhaust. Its also got a s1 rallye box on it. Going for a remap next week.

Would i be daft to hope for 125bhp at the fly?

It seems to be running fine and makes a hell of a noise. Whooped a standard vtr but the quicky dont have any interior :D For sale soon btw ;)

assumin its the 1.6 quicky id say u wud easy get tht from those mods m8

if it has what it says it has i think 115-120 w/o a remap.

the rallye box will defo help in vtr wooping :D

quicksilvers never came with 1.6, its a vtr engine, pretty much same weight as a vtr... will do the same bhp as a vtr with thatlol

Thought they all came as 1.4?

Also i'd be guessing knock 10bhp off that figure... more around 115 i'd have guessed. Although after remap, might actually get quite close if not 125. Let us know though :y:

bit l8 now but sorry bout the 1.6 quicky lol i mixed it up with the 106 rallyes the 1.3 and 1.6 no idea why my bad ;)
