depends but as a guide for you i have a green forced air and 4 - 1 maniford (decat) and mine has an extra 117.2BHP and and extra 112 ib-ft torque.
Prob somewhere between 12 and 20BHP and extra 10 torque ish can't really say different for every car mate

Wont add as much as you think, BHP doesnt come cheap. Manifold should add about 6 and the decat about 5.

IMHO a remap is only worth doing after camming the engine!

at the max a 10 percent increase its 30 percent for turbo charged engines from a remap:y:good mod though still either waymate it all adds up done it

I wouldn't dream buying anything advertised as a "chip"
The thing to buy is a re-map or a standalone ecu. And these things don't come cheap.
Even then only after an uprated cam for your VTR.
