For what noise or performance? Performance none unless you put it outside the car, and noise any really.

at some point you'll get an exhaust anyway. which you cover the noise of induction anyway,

well not really, even the magnex would drown out the induction noise.

99.999999999% of backboxes will be louder than induction noise.

Personally I would go for the Green kit, seem pretty popular and not heard many bad things about them.

You know if you get an open induction kit its probably gonna make your car slower and everybody's gonna be looking at you like a chav cnut?

Do it properly and get enclosed, or Panel filter for the standard airbox.

IMO i would probably go for BMC enclosed induction kit, i have heard so much about these kits and all of it good

Pretty much every exhaust on the market including custom made ones will drown out the induction noise, so it is pointless getting a kit just for the noise

As pretty much stated... raceland with green or BMC enclosed induction kit are the one's you want to be going for. Open induction kits unless placed in a seriously good place will just soak engine heat.

As for exhaust systems, i think the majority of exhaust systems will over-power the sound of an induction kit. Even standard will be louder than the kit from the outside of the car. So if you're just trying to impress people, get a nice sounding exhaust. If you want performance - decent exhaust and enclosed induction kit :y:

are magnex not very loud?? cos some sed even magnex cover up induction sound.
also are full systems alot louder than just backboxes?

Magnex aren't that loud. More sporty rumble than fart-in-a-bean-can
