Has anybody got any pics of a Raceland Green twin cone induction kit, or just single cone fitted to a phase 2 VTR??

Fancy buying one but want to see how it looks!

Cheers

will look the same regardless of which filter is used.

the twin cone filter basically flows more air.

In the nose of the filter where there would normally be a blank plate there is a small cone instead. Increases the surface area of the filter.

saxo_89 there is a saxperience deal on this already

So what benefits do they actually give? Obviously cant give a noticable power increase from having the extra filter? Does it just run cooler? Give extra noise?

In your opinion Kam which is the better product, all things considered?

If you put it in the right place then it will definitely run cooler and give you more power... in the front wheelarch is a good spot on the 206, don't know if it's the same for Saxos. Basically you need still, cool air and that's a good place to get it from because of the arch liners and the fact that it's quite far from the block (as opposed to something like a K&N 57i where it's smack next to the engine). No problems with waterlogging either...

higher performance engines need more air. You don't want the the airfilter to limit flow air into the engine. Hense on bigger power cars you need a greater surface area.
