what cams do you think are best for a vtr??

Try Piper or Kent... both those seem to be good value for money and just overall good at what they do.

Beware the fitting costs though... if you can do it yourself then try it, but you need timing equipment and crap like that.

theres 8 actually, one cam shaft consisting of 8 cams : p;)
