4 branch manifold / sports cat pipe

can you buy a 4 branch manifold with sports cat on it. or is it only a 4 branch on it own then the sports cat seperate.
how much you reckon to buy one well both if need be

just buy a 4 branch manifold and cut the cat away and put a straight through pipe in better just to fabricate one from and old exhaust
