be careful of the dimentions of the 2.0 throttlebody. Unlike a turbo engine you could cause some issues of loss of power and torque low down the rev range due to too large a throttlebody. This slows gas speed causing air to stall and fuel dropout.

if its any help i was thinking of using a gti6 TB, mating the gti6 TB sensors to saxo loom and using a c2 vts inlet manifold. prob wouldnt work wbut was gunna try it. just had a hard job finding a c2 inlet, and when i thought i did the dumb fuckers sent me a gt inlet not the vts 1.

lol the vts engine out the c2 will be the same though so it should not upgrade the performance

different inlet manifold and head on c2 compaired to saxo.
hence why it has a different engine code.

yep, wanted to use the c2 vts inlet manifold.
didnt want to pay the hefty new price for 1 though.

well they look very very similar then a always thought they were the same whats the difference with power between the saxo vts and the c2 vts

they are from the same family, they also look totally different lol, different cam covers, different inlet manifold etc....
theres a few bhp gained from the reworked head, the head works well on a saxo bottom end though.

the only interchangeable throttlebodys on citroen and peugeot are the mk1vtr and the 106 1.6 & 1.4 xsi.
you have problems with all the others so are much easier either port & polishing or buying an after market throttlebody that is purpose made for the car but these are hard to come across

i wudnt bother with the throttle body. that said is it possible to drop the 2.0 vts lump in a saxo?

if you no what you are doing it is possible to drop any engine in any car just takes a bit more modifying for different engines

depends how ambitious you are with the engine? Seen V6 mounted in the back, but anything past that and your dreaming
