If it's a universal one then it needs to either have a Saxo fitting welded on or just the pipe welded on :S

You're better off looking into Powerflow, you won't lose a fuckload of power for a start. You'll also have the opportunity to get the exhaust note adjusted to 'how you likey', and it'll just bolt straight on. The last thing you want is a universal exhaust... I had one and my fuel economy went waaaaaaaay down, as did my power.

Powerflow fit it for you. If it's direct fit (which it won't be if universal) you can fit it...

is that what sort of price i can expect then (£180) ?

Yeah that's about right I think, could be £135 though- that's one number I heard bandied about.

Yes, as it's not developed for your engine, it's developed for everything between 1-litre and 1.8-litre basically.

Ideally you need something designed for your car...

full system all the way

only a 1.1 so not bothered about full system , just back box for a bit of noise . going to look into a powerflow one or a cheap second hand one. universal will be last resort depending on cost.
