ok, ive got a green fitted to my silvertop vtr, with a green oil breather. as you can see in the pic below the pipework is bodged, there is a pipe that goes to the inlet which would normally branch off to a T peice on the rocker cover and then to to induction pipe, but mine just goes straight to the inlet, will this be doing any harm?
cheers

hey matey,
that looks fine, i have just thrown mine away as it was coming from underneath the bumber!
maybe give the filter a clean and move the duct to the left so it is forcing air straight onto the green surface.
hope this helps

idealy you want less hot air being sucked through each filter, that oil breather looks shit tbh and is doing nothing but soak up hot air from the rocker cover.
You want the air filter as close to the front as possible, with the oil breather connected and taking some of this cold air also.
have a search for engine bays

Leave the breather as it is just give it a clean. it does not need cold air and it is better not connected to the induction system.
As for the main filter I dont think it will fit in side the raceland but the raceland is a good choice, just buy one from Kam racing with the green filter. You will get a discount aswell.
