What size steel cable ties are best when putting heat wrap on a manifold? The manifold I have is a 4-2-1 supersprint. There is a choice of ties, either 200mm x 4.6mm or 360mm x 4.6mm?

im guessing your getting them from kam
the 200mm are good for around the 1 pipe bits but where it goes into two etc the longer ones are better tbh get a pack of each

I bought the 1" x 50' graphite wrap. Is it best to wet the wrap first with water so it will go on tighter or will it keep all the water in and cause the manifold to corrode in time?

be a man and do it dry :p
tht wrap will just about do the supersprint mind so use it sparingly, a couple of mm overlap when your wrapping it :y:
