guide for fitting cam into vtr 1.6 8v

Anybody no of a guide for fitting a cam into a vtr. ive fitted cams into my vauxhall redtop before but have been told 8v is different as no hydrolic lifters. guide anyone???

Get a haynes manual they show you how to take cams out and put them back in! I have two PM me if you want one cheap! :)
