Peeps,
I have just purchased set of 708 cams with new followers etc from QEP. Now i want to order Omex 600 to be me VTS's new brain : )
Isit as simple as just ordering the unit, or is there additional accessories to order seperate??. Now i havent yet rung for price on this unit but ive budgeted £1k for this, is that realistic??
Thanks

Why not the MegaSquirt Predator ecu that is being sold here which is on a group buy currently? no butchering of the loom and is mapped for a merry £550?

Yea thats not a problem, the £1k id allocated for just the initial purchase of the Omex. Company i used for my engine conversion etc will be fitting and mapping it along with cams and some other goodies seperate.
Gota say tho guys, you aint half quick with replies ; )
cheers

as sam said the omex needs custom wiring to get it in as no adapter loom is supplied
pug1off used to deal omex but have moved to emerald
however i bet if you supplied the unit they could do the work required

Quite a few options really.
The new Hydra Nemesis ECU which has been developed on mine will be available for all to buy soon too. Price will be very competitive and the quality of the basemap alone is good enough to run happily on with no problems.
If anyone would like to have a drive of mine atall you're more than welcome
