being lighter spins faster so revs quicker. prob not worth doing really as standard is good. you may end up with harsher ride aswell. theres a few threads on it

true, but not everyone has the money/time to strip the bottom end down and get it balanced.
a lightened and balanced flywheel will make a nice little difference to throttle response and livelyness.

You can have a 'feel' of mine when it gets done m8. Its at Ricky P's at the mo, not sure on your spec but it should be similar to mine.

Until you come to a hill.
Also most aftermarjed modded flywheels can be seen as dangerous if not done properly. take to much off and a nice flywheel through the bulkhead isnt much fun.

Having looked around for prices on having the standard flywheel lightened and balanced and reading threads on various forums i decided to go for a helix aluminium flywheel from Demon Tweeks, so light and great quality!!:y:

yes mate, i got mine from qep.
ryan, id rather have the car responsive and revvy and sacrifice the odd hill. and i really dont think there would be much difference.
