What exactly did you have replaced? Also depends on what state the engine is in, service histroy and how its been treated, like has it been bollocked from cold a lot.
I've seen a few vts with over 170k on them still running nice no blue smoke or knocking etc.

I had my engine rebuilt at 100+k and had 708's fitted then remapped with the engine making a healthy 160 bhp. Done around 10-15k (with alot of those being track miles) since then but has suffered a suspected HGF. Still not got round to sorting it (has been over two years since it's been on the road!) , but reckon it'll still prove to be reliable once up and running again.
I'd go for it mate.
