stage 2 really means not a lot as each company makes up there own stages.
Ported and flowed really doesnt give much gains unless teamed with other modifications i would spend the money on something else tbh

surely a polished n flowed head teamed with a good induction kit n full xzorst will give a decent power gain?

i've got a bmc induction, and prob will get a stainless steel 4-2-1 manifold and full exhaust including decat,
what sort of price am i looking at then for a ported, polished and gas-flowed head?
cheers

the rover on reved up on the discovery h&l channel spent £2500 and did the head, indution kit and a full exhaust and it only gave him 10hp extra.

personally i'd go for cams, breathing mods and a remap before thinking about headwork.
