as title says, im going to get my cam belt changed when it hit 70,000. I was wondering if anybody new a rough price, plus i dont know when it last got changed:panic:

£100-200. its relatively easy to diy but only if you're condident. cock it up and all hell will break loose :)

cost me 40 quid in parts and nothing for labour when i got mine done at the weekend!

nah :p id rather it get done properly tbh, my supersprint is nearly worn in :D a day or 2 and the exhaust inside should be all black, sooty, at the moment the silver is still visible.

no decat, cat ftw, my supersprint cost me £140 from kamracing, and it sounds really good on my little 1.1i, it popped quite loud the other day :D

now and again i give some revs :p i dont have to rev it hard for it to pop lol, and 3 stud ftw lol, im getting new wheel trim for christmas :oops: gunmetal ones, i dont really need to lower my car because it sits low when parked up anyway :D

I got cam belt and tensionor changed and it cost me £103 would of been cheeper if i had the locking nut for alloys so he could get better access.

do it yourself mate, on 8v it's easy.

Only thing to do is once done, crank it round by hand to make sure it's fine.
