I bought a 50ft roll to wrap a 4-1 and was more than enough - at a guess maybe used 35ft. Maybe yo ucan use that as a guage for how much you'd need with a 4-2-1.
ebay the wrap, is cheapest place I found.

i got the first lot of ebay. think it was a 25ft roll along with some steel ties.
then i stumbled across a big roll when i was offshore, along with a load of the steel ties. turns out that they use it there to lag the pipes with ;)
i have my eye on a monster roll that will be sneaking its way into my kit bag ;) going to do all the way to the back box lol
ebay have some really good deals
i found it was a good idea to spray the manifold with some heat resistant paint first. let it dry. then dampen the wrap with water as the thing gets everywhere and is itchy as fook, it also helps to get a nice tight wrap ;) drys out ok.
i can also vouch for heat wrap doing its job
it was one of the only things in my car that survived the engine bay fire! lmbo not a mark on it :)
