engine conversion ( furio to vtr)

i am thinking of conerting my 1.4 furio to a vtr.
does anyone know exactly what i need?
iv been told i need loads of stuff for the immobiliser like a transponder key and stuff like that, if anyone could list everything i need it would be much appretiated.
