Cat Back System and De-Cat

Will a Cat Back system off a mk2 VTS fit a mk1 VTS?

Also when i asked if rthe de cat fitted mk1 VTS he said "should a straight swap, no holes its vgc" just want double check will that fit my mk1 VTS aswel?

Mark 2 Cat is longer then a mark 1

So you will need a mark 1 decat and the rest should fit all together
