Pretty sure my cat may be on its way out my vtr has done 69ish k miles and is a 51 reg where would be the cheapest place to get a new one? £80 ish is the prices i have been looking at so far. But for just over 200 quid i could get a new manifold and sports cat from kam racing. Are cats hard to fit and what would it envolve?

powerflow did me a cat a fitted it for £90 but that was because I never had any splits in my pipe so he had to cut and shape it in.

Did it make a rattly noise when it was on its way out?

I didn't have 1 in mate. but my mates rattled realy bad when accelerating, so he had to get a new 1.

take it off and shake it out, i did with mine, the are small ball shape things
