did you not think to ask before buying the center section.

If your cat is in the manifold its not a driect fit. unless they sell the longer pipes for the late spec models

if its the short pipe for 90bhp engines and you have a 98bhp one you will need to buy a decat to give you more length :homme:

mk2s were made in 90bhps early on you really should check things before buying

pretty much the same as a mk1 set up from what i can see just in three pieces.. so say its a mk1 setup, you've got the de-cat pipe, a pipe to remove the silencer and the curve to the back box

how much are decat pipes

rey

the decat pipe is there..

however you got a mk2 so theres a large chance your cats in the manifold anyway...

right.

it *should* fit either way, wether your cats in the manifold or under the car.

if your cat is under the car, it will de-cat it.
if your cat is in the manifold, it wont de-cat it.

dont know what they sound like as ive never heard of anyone using that system.

As it has no silencers it will make alot of noise, and im not able to say how easily it will fit with a rear box standard or aftermarket
