Stage 1 - Complete Turbo Kit - up to 01

CITSAXTURBOE

Entry Level Turbo Kit
In general the ‘Entry Level’ kit for Saxo VTR >2001 models consists of the following parts: · Stainless Steel 4 Branch Manifold · Hybrid Turbocharger – 6 psi actuator · Stainless Downpipe · Stainless Air Pipe · Silicone Hose Connections · Green Air Filter · Stainless Steel Boost Pipe · Silicone Hoses as required · Aeroquip Oil Feed Pipe & Non-Return Valve · Aeroquip Oil Cooler Hoses & 10 Row Oil Cooler · Remote Oil Filter Kit · Modified Sump · Heatshield, Mounting Brackets & Hardware No Sport Cat Included. Please Note: This image shows the downpipe fitted with a sport cat. The kit for this car does not include a sport cat as it isn't required. We have a wealth of experience in Turbo Charger Engineering, and we can now offer a Turbo Conversion dedicated to the Saxo VTR 8v engine. The ‘Entry Level’ kit has been specially designed by Cituning as a 'bolt on kit' giving a minimum of +30-40bhp at 6psi boost. It isn’t only the power increase achieved when fitting one of these kits, but more importantly the torque is significantly improved making the car easier and safer to drive especially in overtaking situations. For further significant power and torque increases we have developed extra ‘Stages’. All kits can be tailored to your requirements, so please contact us for assistance. For starters we offer the ‘Entry Level’ kit. This bolt on kit requires no internal modifications. We have developed all further modifications so they can be directly added at a later date. For example, we can offer the more ardent enthusiast a Low Compression Cylinder Head, Dump Valve, Fifth Injector, Intercooler, 2 Stage Boost and Water Injection. The 2 Stage Boost and Water Injection have been specially developed to produce power without detonation. Derived from the same systems used on current ‘World Rally Cars’ the high boost setting is activated with a dash-mounted button. We can fit these conversions in our workshop and would need the car for approx 2 days to complete the work. We normally charge around £600 for fitting the ‘Entry Level’ kit with oil and coolant. For the more hands on we can supply the kit for D.I.Y. along with detailed fitting instructions including pictures.

They are one of the cheaper kits around. They very basic compared to the more expensive ones but do work fine to get you started on turbos.

well it can be done for around 600 quid if your gona use 2nd hand parts fabrication and run low boost, eg non forged engine, more power gains from a vts lump, for whats its worth i would get a S in your vtr before anything, thers a guy on here who says hes turbod his for under £500, its made from odds and ends from other tubod cars ect, but is running no intercooler, and cant proov to us it works, it really can be done 5th injector and low boost , but if you have the money you really want to forge your internals

Fair enough, more parts = more money.

Then again, if you got the cash why not..
