Atfter selling my 330cc injectors, realising they were too small, i now have 480cc injectors on order from QEP.
My question is: Do i need a fuel pressure regulator??

you need some sort of regulator yes, as the pump will not supply a constant flow that the injectors need

I have a walboro 225 fuel pump, but will i also need an uprated fuel pressure regulator?
if so what rating, 3 bar? 4 bar?
any reccomendations?

as said, you WILL need a reg, the walbro will sjut flow its flow, when its on it has no restriction other than its own flow rate, which from my 200sx days i think is 7 bar. i might be wrong.
also you dont want the pump running 100% duty all the time.
as far as what pressure is needed id imagine 4bar would be fine, but im not that sure mate.

3-bar, or 43.5psi.
You've got 480cc injectors? That's 45.7lbs/hour.
Running them at 85% duty, they should supply enough fuel for 260bhp or so :)

Think your right there, it is the end of the rail.
Would it be better going for a fixed rated regulator, or an adjustable one?
I was thinking adjustable as when it goes for mapping they can find the best setting?
Would this one be any good?

Just use the standard one in the fuel rail?
Unless either;
a) you're using a different fuel rail from standard that doesn't take the FPR
b) you've specced the injectors wrong and by raising the fuel pressure it'll give you the extra flow you need
c) moving the FPR from under the rear seats (VTR) and re-doing the fuel system
d) got money to waste
