Its off a MK1 VTR. Would it fit my MK2?

fit a mk1 yes.
mk2 if 51 plate no would need de cat pipe to make it exetend to the end of the downpipe

How much we talking for a de cat pipe? And how much would you say the exhausts worth?

janspeed it is, not bad exhausts but i would never have one.
Would leave it personally worth £70 imo

apart from being mucky it dont look to bad, nice clean bends ect.
id give £60 for it as long as it has no holes in it ect
