Just unplug it until you get a sleeve for it. The engine management light will come on but the post CAT lambda can't alter the fueling - it only checks for CAT efficiency.

VTRs have a post-lambda sensor?

If they do... Then you MUST cap the sensor, as it heats up and could cause a fire. The EML isn't that much of an issue, as the sensor is only there to report on the cat's efficiency. In other words, if your EML comes on, it won't effect your engine's performance in any shape or form.

is it possible i could just plug the 2nd lambda sensor into my supersprint race centre pipe into that blanking hole for the time being? also could i just remove the EML light with a diagnostic machine, but are u sure this will not cause my car to overfuel, not having the 2nd lambda plugged in, also where does the oil pressure sensor go as my comp at work doesnt show pictures.
